OMG yeah! I make it all the time with De Boleslasagna noodles. Just layer the bottom of the pan with sauce, then noodles, sauce, cheese, noodles, sauce, cheese, etc. I add a bunch of stuff to my sauce so it's all thick and yummy! I also use goat cheese mozzarella, but of course you can use regular. Let me know how it turns out!
I use DeBoles and it always falls apart!
