Oh man! I just made these! I didn't have sorghum flour so I just substituted it for my flour blend that I use in almost everything: 1 3/4 c. white rice flour 1 1/4 c. brown rice flour 3/4 c. potato starch 1 c. tapioca starch (I used 1 1/2 c. of the blend)
I also used a scant teaspoon xanthum gum instead of 1 3/4 tsp like the recipe said and I didn't have nutmeg or the rice vinegar so I used pumpkin pie spice and apple cider vinegar.
They are delish! Fluffy and yummy! I definitely had to cook them longer, about 27 minutes, but they turned out perfectly!!!!!!
They were good.
ReplyDeleteYum! I'll have to give it a whirl!
